3. AI Model Training & Data Usage

NextGen Dynamics operates advanced AI systems including integrations with Gemini, GPT-4o-mini, Grok-3, DeepSeek, and custom fine-tuned models hosted on Google Vertex AI.

• User-submitted prompts, fixture analysis requests, and generated betslips may be temporarily stored for quality assurance and debugging purposes (maximum retention: 90 days).
• Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns and performance metrics are used to improve model accuracy and reduce hallucination rates.
• No personally identifiable information is used for general model training without explicit consent.
• Logistics booking patterns (routes, cargo types, frequency) are used in anonymized form to optimize scheduling and capacity planning.

4. Sharing & Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in these limited circumstances:

• With service providers (cloud hosting, API providers, payment processors, shipping agents, customs brokers) under strict confidentiality agreements
• With maritime carriers, port authorities, and regulatory bodies as required for international transport compliance
