1. RapidPunter & Digital Services

Our digital analytics and AI-driven platforms operate on a principle of immediate value delivery.

  • 01. No Cash Liquidation: NextGen Dynamics does not issue cash refunds for digital subscriptions, predictive data, or account credits.
  • 02. Credit Allocation: In cases of verified system failures, customers will be issued the equivalent value in non-transferable account credits.
  • 03. Execution: All digital transactions are considered final upon deployment of the analytical data.

2. Maritime & Cargo Logistics

Our logistics network operates under international maritime and commercial transport regulations.

Insurance Primacy

Refunds for lost or damaged goods are determined exclusively by the Customer’s insurance policy and provider. We facilitate the claim via documentation support.

Liability Limit

NextGen Dynamics acts as a carrier/facilitator. Direct financial restitution for cargo loss is not provided outside of the insurance framework.

3. Passenger Travel Services

For individuals utilizing our transport infrastructure:

No Travel = Full Refund

If a passenger has paid a fare but does not travel, they are entitled to a 100% refund of that specific fare, processed back to the original payment source.
